Managing Partner

Matt is the Managing Partner at Centive, and a specialist in property advisory. With deep experience negotiating complex leases for Australia’s leading corporate (office, industrial & retail) occupiers, he brings clear thinking, strong commercial instincts and a calm hand when it matters most.

Matt spent 20 years negotiating leases for landlords, and then for the last 6 years used that knowledge of landlord budgets and goals to represent corporate occupiers exclusively, in a relentlessly independent way. His negotiations are outcome-focused and known for cutting through complexity to secure better deals for clients.

Jesse Feldy

Jesse is a Tenant Rep and Head of Growth at Centive, bringing two decades of business ownership experience to every client engagement & Centives growth. Having negotiated many leases from the occupier side, he understands the real world pressure that comes with rent, incentives, make good, and timing. Jesse combines commercial clarity with a high touch service style, keeping stakeholders aligned, communication tight, and momentum consistent from first conversation to signed deal. He cares deeply about respectful relationships, well run teams, and systems that make the process simple for clients.
